1. Description of Service

Specio is an AI-powered SaaS tool designed for Product Managers, Business Analysts, and software development teams. The Service translates user inputs and documents into Product Requirements Documents (PRDs), architectural diagrams, and UI wireframes.

2. Accounts and Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide us with information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Service.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party.

3. Use of the Service & Restrictions

You agree not to do any of the following while using the Service:

Use the Service in any manner that could interfere with, disrupt, negatively affect or inhibit other users.
Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose, or engage in, encourage, or promote any illegal activity.
Attempt to circumvent any content filtering techniques we employ, or attempt to access any feature or area of the Service that you are not authorized to access.
Input sensitive, classified, or highly regulated data (such as HIPAA-protected health information) into the standard tier of the Service unless a specific enterprise agreement is in place.
Attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse the underlying Artificial Intelligence models driving the platform.

4. Intellectual Property & Output Ownership

Your Inputs: You retain full ownership, rights, and responsibility for the data, text, and documents you input into the Service.

AI Output: Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we assign to you all our right, title, and interest (if any) in and to the content generated by the Service based on your inputs. You are responsible for the Output, including ensuring it does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights.

5. Billing, Quotas, and Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription or quota basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring schedule (e.g., monthly). If your usage exceeds your allotted quota, your access to generative features may be temporarily suspended or you may be required to upgrade your plan.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Though we utilize advanced AI models, we do not warrant that the Output is entirely accurate, reliable, or free of errors. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all PRDs, code, and diagrams generated by the Service prior to using them in production engineering environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Specio.space, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Service; and (iii) any errors or inaccuracies in the AI Output.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Specio operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
