How the annual price is calculated

annual price = max( floor , band unit price × committed users )

renewal is trued up to the 95th percentile of daily active members

Up to 500 users$18 / user / year
501 – 2,000 users$14 / user / year
2,001 – 10,000 users$10 / user / year
Over 10,000 users$7 / user / year

Minimum commitment 25 users. “Active” means at least one write action that day — signing in and leaving does not count. You pay on your commitment during the year; at renewal it is trued up to the people who actually wrote, never to headcount.
